Extraordinary to Have
a Chance Once Again
to Sit Together
by Sarah Bernstein Jones
The Form of 1988 enjoyed a genuine SPS
spring weekend, with weather hot enough
for some of us to take a swim off the boat
docks for the first time in 25 years. People
started rolling in on Friday afternoon,
with the happy greetings starting at the
check-in desk of the Marriott Courtyard.
We piled onto a genuine yellow school
bus (driven by the nicest bus driver in
Concord) and headed to the Rectory
for dinner.
As the 25th-reunion form, we got to
enjoy a special dinner at the Rectory,
where Mike ’85 and Liesbeth Hirschfeld
were on hand to greet us and spend some
time getting to know our form over drinks.
Several of our former teachers who are
still at St. Paul’s also stopped by in their
spare seconds between grading finals and
Sally Horchow and Sarah Jones helped the
form celebrate a 25th-reunion dollar record
