June 1st, Mr. Gwathmcy ·went to the finals at the Virginia Theological Seminary at .Alexandria. ·

The Rev. J. J. Gravatt, of T1·inity Church, Staunton, preached the baccalaureate sermm1 in the J.Amghorne ~Icmo rial Cha.pel Sunday, June 5th. l\h. Gravatt took his text from Acts 26 :19.
