Robbie Lee, one of the best boys in school, has clone very well at V. E. S. He has earned three var- sity letters in football, basketball and baseball. Robbie was also All- State in both football and basket- ball, and is one of the best all- 'round athletes this school has seen in a good while.
SOCIETY
Don Murphy and His Orchestra
Don Murphy, his voice and his orchestra, will play for the final hop on Monday night. Murphy has played on coast to coast networks and recently played at the Hotel Roosevelt in Washington.
Among his places of engagement are Club Madrid, Louisville, Ky.; Ili-Lo Club, Battle Creek, Michi- gan; Hollywood Club, Kalamazoo, l\Iichigan; Lake Lawn Hotel, Del- avan, W isconsin; and the Casino, Quincy, Illinois. Murphy is also playing at the final dances at Wood- berry Forest School.
Gordon Fowler Leads
The final dance, held at the Oak- wood Country Club on May 26th, brought the Floyd W ard dancing class sessions to a close. Music was
furnished by a four-piece orchestra f caturing trumpet solos. A lthough the hop was a card dance, there were numerous complications that arose between the participants.
