Providing excellent instruction,
offering invaluable counselling,
and actually ascertaining that the school was
a working, functional body
were just a few of the duties assigned to
and carried out by the faculty members at
Virginia Episcopal School.
Gaining the cooperation of three new masters,
Messrs. Cnildress, Jenkins, and Jones,
the returning faculty continued to demonstrate • willingness to understand and help solve the problems which arose in school life. Because of .
their open-mindedness and complete involvPment
in the events transpiring throughout the year,
they proved to be one of the factors making 1969-1970 an outstanding session.
