Juniors, Very Strong
Academically, Also
Compete Athletically
Academic excellence characterized the large Junior Class of sixty students. Consistently boasting more Honor Roll students than any of the other classes, they balanced out with the fewest failing grades. Not only in scholastics were the juniors high achievers, but also in the general activities spectrum of school life. Also, this class exhibited great competitiveness and sportsmanship in their many and varied athletic endeavors. A well-represented group in all school matters, the juniors were capably led by their president, Hampton Shuping, and All School Council delegates, Dubbie McMillan and Carey Murphy.
