The Administration
Along with an able faculty and hard-working stu- dents, a strong administration is essential to the struc- ture of our school. The organization of daily affairs, reviewing applicants for admission, overseeing social as well as athletic events, and providing a link in faculty-student relations are only a few of their many responsibilities. Their experienced guidance and ad- vice aid in the planning of every student's future.
Now in his final year as headmaster, LeeS. Ainslie, is the leader both of our school and of our fine admin- istration. He has been an invaluable asset to V.E.S. during his seven years here.
Assistant headmaster, Harold I. Donnelly, has sev- eral responsibilities but he is largely concerned with college selections for seniors. Mr. Donnelly has also helped to increase the quality and number of courses offered.
Almost all of the teachers also serve as administra- tors. 'l'hese diligent people help things to go smoothly both in the classroom and in day to day life.
