ternational studies are becoming more and more important at VES. ( This year the school participated in everal programs. In addition to our English Speaking Union student, Alistair Tyler, who arrived in January, two VES students, John Moulton and Tres Weed, traveled to Valliolid, Spain for the spring term . They participated in the Choate-Rosemary Hall program that saw another VES student, Luke Kellam in its midst in
1983. Mr. Meador accompanied the largest group trip yet to Italy, and Mr. Brown planned a summer study- abroad trip to Austria for German students Billy Hunter, Wes Watkins, and Chad O'Neill. This renewed interest in international experience seems to be gathering strength.
