The sun began to shine brightly, and very hot, early in the morning. The seniors had to awak- en themselves early to go to a Communion, and then a breakfast. A t last, they were able to line themselves up in Front Jett.
Each of the boys wore a rose on his jacket lapel, and each of the girls car- ried a single red rose. As the line began to move outside, there was a si-
lence, and the parents proudly looked at their children in their white dresses and blue coats.
Finally, diplomas were handed out. Every sen- ior's countenance spelled out an indescrib- able joy at the excite- ment of the moment. True, it happens like this every year, but the ex- uberance never seems to fade. Congratulations, 1991!!
