Sports are an important part of life at Virginia Episcopal School. Each year almost all of the stu- dent body participates in one sport or more during the year. At YES everyone can be a part of a team. If you are not one of the players, you can be a manager or a trainer. The fall teams begin practice during the hot month of August and are ready to begin their season when the other stu- dents return to school. There is a sport for everyone, whether it be a contact sport such as football or an individual one such as tennnis. The teams have lots of fun together and friendships are made that last forever.
