It was only four years ago when my parents dropped me off at VES. I thank you, Mom and Dad for such a wise decision. It is an honor for me to join and continue our family affiliations at Georgetown next year. Thank you for pushing me through the tough times in life. Special regards to my Grandparents for all you've done to keep me in line. Thanks Katie for being a supportive sister as you have helped me move forward in life. Thanks William for being such a crazy yet awesome little brother. It is also in my best interest to thank all my teachers and mentors for helping me endure boarding school especially Mr. Hopkins, Mr. Smith, Mr. Watson, and Mrs. Farmer. Big R, you have been a great advisor, track coach, and teacher of life. Thanks for the help Mr. Anderson, Mr. Hinker, Mr. Rogers, and Mr. Sundheim. Thanks Maught, for helping get through the year and reminding me how many days I had until graduation. Thanks Coach Bright for coaching me in cross-country and being a supportive mentor. Thanks Mrs. Grattan and Mr. McCormick, you were the help I needed to graduate. Special thanks to all my friends gained over the years at VES. Although it is impossible to list and talk about all of you, I'll do my best to name everyone. Sorry if I leave you out, you guys know who you are. Nick thanks for being such a great friend. Although I could never finish my
work when we studied together, you have still helped me with a wide variety of subjects having to be far more important, the subject of life itself. I will make it up to Yale some day. Bruce, you have also helped me endure my troubles in life and it is always a good time hanging out with you. Thanks for helping me out in my studies and all the laughs, its too bad you hadn't boarded for the full 4 years. Penn, you've been there for me. You are a great guy and you mean well. I would like to thank every teacher who has ever told me to "fulfill your potential" or has tried to push me towards graduation. I know several of you have taken me under your wings throughout my three years here. I especially want to thank Mrs. Grattan for a place to come and relax; I would have slipped into a universe of Demerits if you had not looked out for me, thank you again. Every teacher who gave me a hard time about being a "lazy slacker," thanks as well. Mr. Anderson, thank you for advising me for the last two years I know how much you enjoyed it. Mr. Mundy, thank you for originating the idea of goals and feasible steps to use in reaching said goals.
Mrs. !tty Bitty Lollis, Thank you for all your love and support.. It is just a bubble and so remain an unfathomable enigma.. Keep the ideas flowing and you will travel far away and if that doesn't work you have a beach home always available! Ouazy, CP, and especially Mr. Jay Jones, Thanks for helping me through sophomore Pendleton, which engulfs its own universe of hilariousness and appreciation for my fellow senior Pendle!on survivors.
