Field Day has been postponed till the latter part of May. The scl10ol has been divided into two teams of which Terry and Lre haYe been elected c·aptains. These teams will con· tend with each other in every branch of athletics and it is hoped that this will bring more boys out for the teams and be beneficial to the school in every way.
On the night of April 8th, l\Ir. Frank Gilliam, of Lynch- burg, gayc us a V(:;ry interesting talk on African missions. lie touc·hcd on the high· spots of African life, incidentally sa~ing that the African climate was not so unhealthy as generally supposed. lie also tolu us of the gt·eat need of utissionar,r workers and the great desire of the natives to !cam.
