W e think a word could be said about the last issue. First of oil. I think most of you noticed the bal- lot in the rear of the poper, but failed to use it. We can understond this however, because when the Meteor came out, the need for such a committee proposed had been sotisfied. So why teor up a perfectly good (?) Meteor for something with no purpose?
The stoff had finished writing the Meteor about two weeks before it come out. Thot's why all that seem- ingly extro material was added; it was thought to be justified when written. But it came to naught, ond we'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for a lack of foresight that could hove eliminated this so easily.
In this issue, the Meteor congratu- lated the J-V Club for its fine self improvement ond the spirit in which it had been undertaken. However, you can't dye spirit blue or green and put it on the walls, or so we ore informed by the Club. Therefore, it would like through the Meteor, to +honk the school, and especially Mr. Clegg for the materiol services they have given.
It seems tho+ the school offered to furnish the paint and other necessory articles of decoration to the mem- bers of the junior organization, if they would use it to its best odvantoge. They took up the offer, and those here at school can see for themselves the result. So, in behalf of the J-V Club, "thanks, Mr. Clegg. It wos mighty good of you."

"The Meteor" Congratulates The J-V Club
n~e Junior Vorsity Club was, to be- gin with, an organizotion formed for boy's who achieved a minor letter in a sport, on the same order as the Vorsity Club. It was orgonized last May, and officers were elected. They lacked o room, however, so were glad to get their hands on tho+ of the V-Ciub's, when it moved to the new gym. And, though slow st~rting, it hos done commendobly well in its plan of redecorotion.
