jacks we find George Smith, Horace Ray and Joe Lawson popularly known throughout the movie world as the Three Musketeers. Why here comes John Britt, math teacher out at V.E.S. and Dusty Lamson, Sec. to the Headmaster at V. E. S. It's re- ported he's been there for 40 years. With them we see Jim Hunter and Steve Quillen, co-owners of the night club "Weeping Lady." The time goes by; the hour reaches 12:00 and all our dignitaries vanish and become the senior class of 1951 returning to "ye" old school after a gay evening.
"Now let me get this thing focused and see what's been going on at the old school this month. What's this? Ed Hotchkiss has started taking milk baths at R.M.W.C.!!!! Ed boy, what's the meaning of this????
Oh yes, in the spring a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love. And this spring the Fat Boy's club is leading the way. If they are not from Roanoke they're Mary Lou and Minnie.
Getting his gaze all fixed for the weekend of the 14th the old As- trologer thinks a hurricane is passing over the old place. For led by none other than Chief Lee, and followed by four braves Winston, Smith, Thomas and Pierson all set out for Camp Raleigh. Located somewhere in the distant land of heap big Carolina.
But visiting the Trumans that week- end were none other than "Puggy" Van Nopen and "Strut-his-stuff Show- boat" Stokes.
Well guess that about winds the work up this time, but we will see ya next month.

Last fall Bill Bob left Francis to be- come one of "The Full Stature" boys. Since he arrived, he has lettered in football and basketball, and stayed on the day study list continually. BeĀ· sides all this he became one of the most popular boys in school. How could he help it with such a record? But all good things must end. Much to our sorrow, we found the National Guard needed him more than we did, or they thought so anyway. After watching the mail all year, the news crept up on him by telephone shortly after spring-vacation. W e sure hated
to say good-by, but we know Bill Bob will do all right anywhere. So here's one for you Bill Bob, and good luck.

Albert is putting the final polish on a shining four year stay here at school and a quick glance at his record will affirm that. Having let- tered in football last year, he is a member of the "V-Ciub," is the sec- retary of the Senior Class, and also the Editor of The Meteor. AI expects to put the shot this spring, and follow- ing that and the "sheepskin," he ex- pects to ramble on back to Carolina, leaving pleasant memories of a great guy!
