Dennie Thomasson Bartol, the first son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Bartol, was born on July 8, 1954 in Lynch- burg, Virginia. His father who had been working on his master's degree at the University of Scranton, arrived just in time for the birth of his son. The boy weighed eight pounds and five ounces. He was named after his grandfather, the late Dr. Dennie Thomasson of Lynchburg. The baby, who looks very much like his father, has blue eyes, a clift in his chin, and a pink complexion. Congratulations to the proud parents.
