Dear Mr. Gannaway:
My sincere apologies for not re-
turning the response card for Octo- ber's alumni luncheon and meeting. When your letter arrived in early October I was some 5000 miles away in the Middle East. My vacation this year was spent touring the Holy Lands and it was indeed a very inter- esting and enlightening trip. I visited Beirut, Labanon; Damascus, Syria; Jerusalem, Jordan; and the cou ntry of Israel. J ust about the time I re- turned to Cleveland the alumni were having their annual meeting.
Haven't seen any of the "Old Gang" lately, but I certainly do en- joy reading about them in the Meteor. Still working for Pan Ameri- can which is the reason vacations can be spent in such interesting places.
Best regards to all,
Tom Battle,
