d- THE OLE ASTROLOGER
METEORITES
As I arise from my pad in Clouds- ville and drop on to the New 160 to watch the arrival of the chosen ones for their last year at V.E.S. (maybe), I suddenly see a cloud of dust and hear a squeal of tires as "Beetle- Bomb" Burke and "Hot Rod" Redick go peeling down the "V" club ex- pressway in the school's speedy Cor-
vette station wagon. J umping out of the way just in time I see the Japanese, one-third of B, J, & J Enterprises, t h e b i g g e s t l i t t l e busi- ness in VESville.

)- furburgers in t h e "V" club room.
This brings back memories of the big occasion this last summer a t ,_ Myrtle when the Eagle finally flew low enough to indulge in some ABC joy juice. The seven day blast was marred only• by J o - J o E's inability to find the proper place at the prop- er time, and Dempsey Hodges at- tempt to re-enact the fabled fly right of 1957. But instead of flying through the E.H.S. line he flew through glass (and I don't mean
E. C.).
As I now drift down to the tennis courts, I glimpse Rocky-Poo and the Pinkheaded Pebble playing a rousing set. Among the observers are two wan-looking persons, Speedy• and Spot, who decided to join the broth- erhood of the married this summer.
Instead of returning to my home on Cloud IX, your old daddy has decided to hang arou nd 'til next Saturday when I join the Beatniks turned Eatniks in t h e clubroom for furburgers. So until next moon , all you Cats play it all the way out and don't eat too much.
