Robert's big appetite and hair- raising tails of "Wide awake Wilson" have made quite a name for him in his four year stay at V.E.S. "Alfred" is always game for a bull session when girls or tobacco is the subiect. While at school here Robert has played J.V. football, track, wrestling, and cross- country.
Hard work and a receptive person- ality have helped to make Robert one always wanted and should make for his success next year as he iourneys to THE University of the South (UNC).

Roger Toms is in his first and last year here. He is our illustrious post- graduate. Rogers was nominated for the Morehead Scholarship but was dis-qualified because of the require- ment that an out-of-state student must graduate from a prep school which Rogers did not. But this does not cobr the fact that he is always number one or two in the senior class.
He will most likely be the valedic- torian or a candidate for it. Rogers
is on the Meteor staff, a soccer play- er, and the First Lieutenant in "Billy Budd." He is going to UNC this fall where his quiet humor and ways will win him as many friends as it did here.
Name: Frank Norbert Moro, Ill Born: Dayton, Ohio
Ambition: Drive a Boer truck Pet Hate: Unannounced History
quizzes.
Favorite Pastime: 800 on his Spanish
Achievement test. Favorite Place: San Juan.
Last year's best non-letter athlete, Pancho has gone on this year to win varsity letters in baseball, basketball, and cross-country, in which he has been co-captain. "Spick" has spent his last year here at V.E.S. helping Jete to rule 3rd West with an iron
hand .
Known to have at least one girl in
every town, Pa ncho has been especially notorious in Bluefield dur- ing mid-year vacations. During the summer Frank can be found on the beach of San Juan with many Latin lovelies trying to keep his attention. We wish him much luck next fall as he heads to Clemson.
