HENRY CHAPLIN BOWEN BLUEFIELD, W. VA.
Hink is one of the chosen few hailing from the golden state of Bluefield (in West Virginia) .
Since his arrival four years ago, he has contributed ac· tively in many phases of school life, ranging from athletics and religion to the After Lights Political Debating Society
(Republican). Henry has played three years of Varsity foot· ball and baseball, and he is a member of the V-Club.
His athletic talents, however, would have a hard time out- shining his scholastic abilities. He has been among the top in his class and has always contributed actively to class dis- cussion. Aside from functioning as a counselor, he has found time to be a member of the Vestige and Meteo1· staffs, and a faithful member of the drama society.
His ambition: a law degree from The University of North Carolina.
