J. D. came to VES five years ago as an eighth-grader. He has the unique distinction of being the last of the five-day boarders.
A friendly young man, J. D. is best known, perhaps, and most revered, for his job as mail-boy, a job he has fulfilled faithfully for two years.
During his junior year, he joined the technical staff of the Drama Society; he worked untiringly for the school's pro- duction of Billy Budd. Whenever he can, J. D. pursues his first love - hunting.
Because of his excellent academic standing, J. D. was ac- cepted on early decision at Purdue University. Best wishes go with him.
