Glee Club Delights Crowds At Each Show
No group on campus
better represented the true spirit of V.E.S.
than the Glee Club
in its various trips off the campus.
Making treks to such locations
as Natural Bridge, Raleigh, Chatham, and Rocky Mount, the school voices
thrilled their audiences
not only with the variety of songs in their repertoire and the excellent manner
in which they were performed, but also
with their flair and courteous behavior.
With Chip Penick serving as president this year,
the Glee Club
was united into a closely-bound body, intent on giving superb shows
and in doing so,
making a better name for themselves and for V.E.S.
