Junior Varsity Soccer Ends Winning Season,
Has Varsity Potential
The Junior Varsity Soccer team finished a successful 3-1-1 season under the direction of Mr. Paul Hebberger. As always, the team consisted of young boys, most of whom were new to the sport, but nevertheless developed considerably throughout the season. The team's defense centered around goalie Doug Hebard, and the offensive line was led by Rennie Hill and Rocco DiSanto. The aggressiveness and spirit of the baby boaters showed much promise for next year's varsity team.
Clay Lashley stands in the way of two St. Christopher's players as Bob Paisley steals the ball; Billy Bowles rushes in to assist.
In a demanding away-game at St. Christopher's in Richmond, a deter- mined Bobby McKenna moves in to attempt to kick the ball downfield. Jimmy Watson rushes around from behind.
