Well, at this point, I have graduated a pretty long while ago, and you are reading this because you once knew me, maybe even still know me, and are wondering what exactly my thoughts and reflections were as I prepared to graduate. Really, I don't quite know exactly what is expected of me, who exactly I owe gratitude, or what words of trite pre-graduation profundity I should offer.
Having graduated just a few days ago, and yes I am breaking protocol and writing my thank-you's after graduating, I have had a few epiphanies about my time, my moment at VES.
Granted, there are those individualswho Iwould like to acknowledge for what they have given me over the course of my experiences: my 3 best boys: MRP, MA, and BEB3 · We will sit together in gentleman's clubs and sip on Samuel Adams together when we are in our mid and married 40s, my other close companions: DEJ, ALS, abata, ISH, SGY, WSM, LG,80s,CES,andmy3rdPBlockers·Iregretthatneveragain will the dynamic between us exist in the same manner. I will remember you in a world beyond the sweetest memories, instead in a world of dreams. The teachers through whom I have grown to be the person I am today· MF, BigRF, MB, DPG, and unquestionably, my family: Mommy, Daddy, and Katie, as it has been with your support and love that my
life, my successes, and my greatest memories have all come to exist
Still, though, VES has come to mean more than a codex of individuals
to me. The environment into which I was placed for my last two years,
in the irreplaceable merrwry where it now lies, can only be understood to me as a wholly enveloping blissful state of mind, state of
existence, state of life. The dynamics, every sight, every leaf on
every tree, every ray of sunlight reflected (rom every angle, every
breeze, every breath, now soak plentifully throughout all that I see
in my mind, all th~t I willever again see in the world, all of the
person that I am. It is wjth so much regret that I resign to myself
that never again will this place be reality to me, but at least I hold
onto a moment, an echo, a breath of me growing to be the person who I believe in.
And for those of you still at VES, breath in so that this world may taste better in your sleep . Breathe in the castle that you built.

I would just like to thank all faculty and staff for helping my transition from Glass so much easier. Special thanks to Martha Burruss for her great guidance and friendship, Peter Burke and James Hopkins for all the laughs in the art room, Mrs. Grattan and Beth Bright for all the special concern, and to BK Mundy, although you don't know, for giving me a new perspective on life. Special thanks to mrs. grabeel for the extra push and always being there for me
To all the students I can only say thank you for those who befriended me, I will never forget you.
Thank you for all the great times and memories.
