                                  NEXT STEPS
Renovate the Little Sanctuary, the most sacred space on our campus and the foundation of our Episcopal identity, to nurture ongoing opportunities for all to explore their relationship with God and with other members of the community through weekly chapel, prayer services, and sacraments such as weddings, baptisms, and funerals.
Reinforce our commitment to knowing, valuing, and supporting each student through more robust social, emotional, and academic support structures to ensure that we strengthen our culture of belonging and attract and retain a diverse student body.
Attract, support, and retain a more diverse faculty and staff.
Create a transportation system that allows a larger range of localities to access our campus.
Continue to assess our curriculum to ensure that our students are exposed to a broad array of perspectives and voices that deepen their awareness of themselves, their classmates, and the world.
Work with external experts to understand areas of growth for us in our efforts to be a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just community.
Continue to invest in training for our Governing Board, administration, faculty, staff, and student leaders to enhance our culture of belonging.
Examine our campus, traditions, and the historical narrative we present to ensure that it accurately reflects the full arc of our history, celebrating moments of progress, recognizing moments of setback, and articulating who we want to be as a community.
Renew our commitment to the shared experiences that bring us together every day and allow us organically to build the lasting relationships that form the bedrock of the St. Albans experience.
