NEXT STEPS
Provide our faculty with the resources they need to know, value, and support each student actively and effectively.
Invest in our faculty and staff by continuing to examine and endeavoring
to meet their evolving needs, especially
in the areas of professional development and continuing education, tuition remission for children of faculty, and faculty and staff housing.
Invest in training for advisors, specials teachers, and support specialists, and make those professionals more available to our students.
Better communicate our support structures to the broader community so that students and families have an improved awareness of the support available.
Consolidate our existing academic support structures to create a teaching and learning center that enhances the STArtSmart and STAySmart programs so we can reinforce our students’ love of learning while also helping them reach their academic potential.
While pursuing these initiatives, remain cognizant of the limited free time in our students’ and teachers’ often overscheduled days.
