Greetings, CJ Alums! We are in full
swing with another school year here
at Cor Jesu! The new gym, student
commons and classrooms are adding
much excitement to the campus. If
you haven’t had a chance to see the
new addition, please come by at any
time. I’d love to give you a tour!
Also adding to the momentum of
the year is the Alumnae Class Rep
Program. We are in our second year
of rolling out this “re-launch,” and it
is moving forward with much energy
and enthusiasm!
As a result of the two Class Rep
Happy Hours that were held in May
and June, and because of all the great
ideas that were generated, we created
committees for Class Reps to join to
help facilitate programs and events
within the Alumnae Association.
These newly established committees
foster important aspects of the Asso- and the next month, the odd-num-
ciation’s goals and include:

It is our hope for each class to be represented with at least two class reps.
Thank you to all the alumnae who have already committed to serving as
class reps! If you are in one of the following classes that does not have a rep
and would like to volunteer to serve as a voice for your class, or if you have
a sister or daughter or friend who you think would also be interested, please
have them contact Director of Alumnae Relations Patty Ferrara ’85.

This committee focuses on events
and other ways of keeping CJ alums

their own Facebook pages, creating
an alumnae prayer chain and more.
Alumnae Service/Community
Outreach Program
This program creates group op-
portunities for fellow CJ alumnae
to reach out to those in need within
the St. Louis community. Being part
of this committee could involve vol- energetic alums, who would like to
unteering at St. Patrick’s Center or
another shelter and serving dinner
