BUT ALSO ITS ALUMNAE. Each year, through CJA’s Corporate Partners Initiative, Express Scripts
Cor Jesu hosts its Alumnae Internship Networking Connections (INC)
event where college-aged CJA alumnae and recent college graduates Hastings+Chivetta Architects
are invited to network with a variety of companies and organizations Heartland Coca-Cola
who are seeking candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
On January 4 and 5, Cor Jesu hosted INC on a Jacobs
virtual platform. First, alumnae and current CJA June Jessee Memorial
seniors were invited to attend a virtual speaker
event on January 4, featuring Kris Holmes – award- Foundation
winning author of the book: “Ignite Your Career! McCarthy Building Companies
Strategies and Tactics to Unleash Your Potential;”
as well as an executive recruiter and partner at MSMF Wealth Management
O’Connell Group. In her presentation, Kris shared NISA Investment Advisors
the importance of uncovering and leveraging
individual strengths for success, along with the Provident Behavioral Health
“how-to’s” of networking to expand opportunities. SSM Health Rehabilitation
After Kris’ talk, the alumnae were charged Network
and ready for day two of the event: one-on-
one virtual networking with the organizations of their choice. Over Stifel
70 alumnae participated, networking with 21 companies seeking St. Louis Cardinals
to fill a variety of roles in engineering, marketing, accounting, sales,
healthcare, non-profit, data analytics, architecture and more! Watlow
