the arts are alive
Whether the focus is on the fine arts, dance, music,
or drama, the arts push creative boundaries. On
stage, in the studio, and in classrooms, students
learn from a dedicated team of teachers, all of
whom are accomplished artists, performers, and
scholars. Each program offers independent study
projects and field trips and brings world-class
artists to the School to conduct master classes.
Throughout the school year, exhibitions and
performances provide encouragement to explore
new approaches. Students learn in performance
halls, dance and music studios, and theaters as well
as the newly renovated fine arts building scheduled
to open in fall 2017.
