FINANCIAL AID (SCHOLARSHIP)

Anonymous Financial Aid Endowment was established in
2014 by parents who wish to remain anonymous.

The Alice and James Beckwith Endowed Scholarship Fund
was established in 2013 by the bequest of grandparent and
Saint Edward’s Society member Alice Beckwith.

The Chairman’s Endowment Fund was established in 1998
by the School’s Board.

The Chiarenza Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was
established in 2016 by parents Ann Marie and Thomas
Chiarenza to support financial aid at Saint Edward’s School.

The Class of 1988 Fund was established in 2003 by several
members of the Class of 1988.

The Denise and Joe Corr Scholarship Fund was established
in 2015 by parents of alumni Denise and Joe Corr.

The Edwards Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was
established by the School in 2015 to honor Trustee Ron
Edwards and his wife, Kathy.

The Financial Aid Endowment was established at the 2013 Pirate Ball in support of financial aid.

The Mary Jane Grant Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2013 by grandparent Mary Jane Grant.
The Herget Foundation Financial Aid Endowment was established in 2014 by Ted Herget and The Herget
Foundation.

The J.M. Hopwood Charitable Trust Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2016 with a gift from the
J.M. Hopwood Charitable Trust arranged for by former Trustees Susan Hopkins and Sandy Kahle and parent of
alumni Nancy Luther to provide tuition assistance for students who demonstrate financial need.

The Fraulein and David Jaffe Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2015 by parents of alumni Fraulein and
David Jaffe.

The Marylane MacMillan Scholarship Fund was established in 1989 as a memorial to former Trustee Marylane
Snyder MacMillan.

The Sandy Parker Scholarship Fund was established in 1988 as a memorial to friend of the School Sandy Parker by
her husband and friends.

The Pyles Family Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2015 by grandparents Susan and David Pyles.

The Robert F. and Karen G. Ritter Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2014 by grandparents
Karen and Bob Ritter.

The Semon Family Scholarship Fund was established in 1981 to honor Paul and Arthur Semon.

The Ruth Fackler Taylor Scholarship Fund was established in 1981 by parents of alumni Barby and Joe Candler as a
memorial to Barby’s mother and former Trustee Ruth Fackler Taylor.

The WEM Foundation Scholarship was established in 2013 by friends of the School Betty and Whitney MacMillan
and The WEM Foundation.
