Our op- ponents were forced to make usc of three twirlers before they could stop the home team's onslaught. Darlington was sent to the showers at the end of the third, and l3rOWll, his suc- cessor, was disposed of in half an inning after we had scored three runs from his deliYery. The remainder of the game was a pitcher's battle between Hudnall and O'Brien.
