The play, HTbe Joan Danvers", was given in the gym- nasium, December Dth, ·with mar\·elous success. Many aver- red that it was the best production the Dramatic Society had yet given. Indeed, so great was its attraction that the Board of Governors of the Little Theater, who were guests of the
Society at this performance, requested that it be played again in town.
Gunn, the leading man, acted even better than his usual good standard, especially in his conception of his part in the third act. The others all portrayed their parts with great exactness.
