Scott \Yilson of lnst year's class was a welcome dsitor in Lynchburg during the holidays. lie tem1s the repnrt of his acti,·ities in the last :i\feteor libellous. He eveu went so far as to say that he rarely goC:3 to more than seven dances, shows, or teas in the same week and has actually attended as many as three classes in a single day. Howe,·er thnt may be, we are all delighted to h-.now that Scotty has been awarded a Price Greenleaf scholarship, and was one of the fourteen new members elected to the Ilar\'ard Dramatic Society re- cently.
Dinwiddie Adkins, writing from the Smithdeal Business College, of Richmond, laments the presen.<:e of so many girls and the absence of athletics. Still he seems to bo sun·iying.
Iloward Barber, '2:?, recently mndo his debut as an actor with the Carolina Playmakers at Cl1apel IIill. He filled the part of a jelly bean with commendable skill and much success.
Wise Smith, ':H) is now husied in training a bird dog. We expect to hear of this animal in history one of these day:~.
