Bishops showed new life, went ahead at the end of the third quar- ter, 23-20, and stayed ahead through the last quarter, although the game ended with the Cadets just two points behind.
Williams was high scorer for the Bishops, with 11 points. and Kyne oi the Cadets, led for the day with 15 points.

Lee and Williams Make All-State
·'AI" \Villiams and Rohhie Lee. Bishop basketball players. were given berths on the Richmond Ne1.vs Leader All-State preparatory school basketball team. Both are letter- men from last year's team. and Lee was a member of the ,\11-State team last year.
These two players have been the hig guns in the Bishops' attack. and have scored most of the Bishops' points.
St. Christopher's School of Rich- mond, placed two men on the team. with vV oodberry F o rest and Epis- copal High each getting one berth.
Henry Valentine and Shelton TTorsley were elected co-captains. The All-State Team

Saints Outrank Bishops
The Bishops closed an exciting
season on their home floor on ~larch 3 r d , l o s i n g a h a r d f o u g h t battle to St. Christopher's School of Richmond, 58-30.
The Bishops broke the icc early in the first quarter. and before the aints could wake up, had rolled up a 9-2 lead. But the experience of the Saints showed up, and at the end of the first quarter the Bishops \\'ere on the short end of a I0-9
score.
From then on it was the Saints·
g-ame all the way, but not without a hard fight from the Bishops. Graham Koch, lanky Bishop center, played by far his best game of the year, grabbing many of the re- bounds, and passing very well.
Shelton Horsley, Saint guard. was high scorer for the day with 23 points, with AI Williams of the Bishops second with 10. Captain Lee sank 9 for the Bishops.
