Through the Telescope
By The Old Astrologer
~
For the last few weeks or so the old obse·rvatory has been closed on account of old man Winter's big snow spree and your old astrologer was catching up on his sleep. That is until I was awakened in the dead of night. When I searched for the source of the disturbance, my te1escope be- came focused on the gym. Suddenly I remembered it was the night of Mid-Winters. (It is known as the "fastest slow horse in the world" and always gets the booby prize); and also a "Mule Mouth" An-
drews, N.C. N. (no comment needed). The perfumed fountain was also quite an attraction. After your old astrologer had run it through two loaves of bread it really made a fine beverage. I threw my telescope away then. I was high enough not to need
From Matt to Sandra:
"Roses are red, violets are blue, Ice cubes melt, why don't you?'
From Betty to Clarence:

to hold."
As corn is pouring from the ob-
servatory window, I'd pack up my trusty lenses and go bock to sleep.
