Hampden-Sydney Game
February 5 Hampden-Sydney's Junior Varsity took an easy 51 -30 victory on the Bishops' court m a rough and tumble affair.
The Bishops showed real spirit in the first quarter and held a 12-1 I lead with fourteen minutes of the first quarter gone. Hampden-Sydney then sank a quick field goal to take a
13-12 lead as the first quarter ended. The Hampden-Sydney team went on to build up a 23-15 lead at half-time and 36-21 lead at the end of the third c;uarter.
Cadets. In the second half the Bishops came to life but not until the Military five had placed themselves in a com- fortable margin. The game ended with Fork Union on top 59-35.

After the first five minutes the
qame was never in doubt for the "Tigers." At half time the score was 33-13 in favor of the Woodberry boys and the next half was a carbon copy of the first. When the final whistle blew the "Tigers" let 65-27.
Reuning was high man for W ood- berry with 18 points and Carty and Marshall led the Bishops with 8 and 6 respectively.
