ALUMNI NEWS
We think that we had the largest attendance ever at the Alumni Luncheon on Homecoming Day, No- vember 7. It surely was good to see so many there with their families. W e believe t hat everyone had a good time although we did not win the football game. W e did that two years ago, but we can not be ex- pected to beat E. H. S. regularly. It is interesting to note that alumni from as far back as 1918 ~+tended the 11ame.
Mr. Walke, the Headmaster, wel- comed the visitors. Dr. Barton, past Headmaster, Mr. Banks, Senior Mas- ter, and Alumni faculty members Robert I. Lee, 1945, Frank K. Aldred,

We do not know how to explain it, but we have carried the name of Cameron B. Shipp in our files. Mr. Shipp writes us that we are mistaken; his name is Ewen Cameron Shipp. W e ~pologize and have made the change. Cameron is a writer of note in California. He has published sev- eral books and contributed to a num- ber of the current magazines. He was the first literary editor of the

The meeting was then ad journed to the front steps for a picture of the alumni and their families. The alumni luncheon was later than usual be- cause of complications in the kitchen so we did not get all of the names of those attending. A picture of all the alumni attending the luncheon and their families will appear in the December issue of the METEOR. In this issue is the picture of the sons of alumni presently attending school.
W e appreciate your cooperation in sending back the questionnaire.
If you have not returned yours, please do so, adding the college that you attended. We are trying to get as nearly complete as possible a record. As the information comes in we are able to ~dd the more inter- esting to the column.
