two touchdowns in each of the first three periods and routed the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops, 41-13, at Woodberry Forest.
The big gun against the Bishops was quarterback Charlie Shaffer who passed the Bishops dizzy, completing three passes for T.D.'s.
The Bishops started spectacularly. Starting from about mid-field, they scored in three play'S, Bev Hutter go- ing the last 16 yards for the touch- down.
Bev Hutter rolls out around Woodberry end.
The Bishops changed to a single wing offense in the second half, a move which resulted in their second T.D.
Hutter capped a 67-yard drive when he went 6 y•ards off tackle for the score in the last period. Bill
Lee added the extra point to end the Bishop's scoring.
Unable to stop the aerial attack of t h e Tigers t h e Bishops held mag- nificently on the ground. Bill King, the Tiger's ground threat, could go nowhere against the rugged inner de- fense of the Bishops.
