Frank, the most socially acceptable member of the Rocky Mount Sheeps, is in his second year at VES. Always clear- headed and eager to help, Frank has been one of the most respected students on campus and one of the most valuable members of the senior class. A glowing personality and a never-failing sense of humor have made him a friend to everyone. The school made an excellent choice in selecting him to the counselor-body last spring.
If not involved in school activities, Frank has either been found arguing with Bowen over some current crisis in Wash- ington, or enjoying his favorite pass-time, sleeping. He has also been partly responsible for making the Texas Tavern the most popular eating establishmnt in town.
Although he has played football and tennis, Frank's true athletic ability has been most evident in basketball. With his speed, agility, and deadly jump-shot, Frank vaulted to the starting five in the first game last year, and he has re- mained there. This year his teammates elected him co- captain.
Next year, Frank will go to The University of North Carolina, where he plans to study business administration.
