This was a special team. It was the smallest var- sity soccer team (15) ever, yet as the saying goes, "it's quality not quantity.'' Perhaps as a result of this fact, it was one of the closest-knit, most determined and well-spirited teams in the history of fall soc- cer.there was super lead- ership from the seniors but especially Clint Harris and Dave Smith, receiv- ers of the Coach's Award and MVP respec- tively. Their legacy of tough, clean play and their unity and team spirit will set the tone for teams to follow into the 90's.
