Deepen our commitment to athletics
by providing our coaches with the resources they need to deliver their lessons effectively while fostering a culture of inclusion in every sport and helping our students find joy in athletics, develop healthy habits for life, and compete at a high level.
Promote a leadership structure
in the Athletics Department that creates and communicates an inspiring, thoughtful, and dynamic strategic vision for how every student will benefit from the athletics program, and how every team will compete successfully in
the IAC.
Examine the evolving needs of our coaches
so we can recruit, retain, and support talented and dedicated coaches and continue to support the teacher-coach model that has for so long been a trademark of the St. Albans experience.
Evaluate our indoor athletics facilities to create a master plan so that our coaches and athletes have the physical resources they need to develop athletically and compete successfully.
