On May 26th quite a new clement was added in Y. E. S. athletics; namely, spring football practic:e began. This was thought advisable, because next year's team will be almost the> same as last season's and thus it wi11 be given au oppor- tunity of becoming thoroughly organized in adYance, and of learning the signals completely. The schetlule for next fall has been virtually completed and is given below:
