Oct. 20.-The Woodberry Forest eleven, confining oil its scoring in the first holf, overwhelming an outclassed but fighting Virginia Episcopal School continqent at Woodberry Forest, 33-0. The home teom roared to its opening tally when Wick Read re - turned t h e o p e n i n g kickoff t o t h e VES thirty-yard line, Tanner and Da-
vidson alternated in carrying the ball to the four from which point David- son crashed over. The second score came o few minutes later when David- son returned a punt 80 yords into pay dirt.

The Woodberry reserves took over
in the lost half but were unable to threoten se riously. YES made one octuol bid for a score but the try faded on the opponent's 20-yard line.

The visitors' other score came in the third quarter when two first downs and a 30-yord run by Hubbord oc- counted for the tally. The extra point was no good because of on off sides penalty.
Bollou wos outstandinq for YES, gaining on play after play by fost running. Of the original first strin(l line-up used in the opening gome of the season only seven were oble to start in yesterday's game. Tom Allen, who is suffering from a chipped hip bone, wos brouqht to the sidelines in a car to see his teammotes put up their losing fight.

Episcopo! increosed its totol by two in the second quarter when Betty's kick from behind the goal line was blocked by o charging Episcopo! line. Betty recovered the bounding pigskin and the holf ended o short time loter with the boll on the YES I0 ond the score 8 to 0 in favor of the visitors.
Episcopol's second touchdown come from the YES 12 with Holland scoring on o drive through center. The finol tolly came with just minutes left to ploy with Borkley ogoin tossing to Birqe. Both attempts for the extra point foiled.

The smoll b u t lu s t y h o m e c o m i n g crowd which witnessed the one-sided contest ployed under for from good weather conditions, sow the visiting Alexondrio teom chalk up markers in each period while holding the Bish- ops scoreless.
The majority of the froy wos fought in YES territory with the exception of two Bishop scoring thrusts that fizzled out within sight of Episcopal's goal posts.
The Alexondria team scored the initial touchdown midway in the opening period with o drive tho+ started from the YES 33-yard line and was climoxed with a short pass from Borklev to right end Birge in the end zone. The attempted conversion failed .

Fishburne's first touchdown came early in the first quarter when a YES pass wos intercepted on the Bishop's 45-yard line ond run to the I0-yord line. On the first down the Bishop's line held, but Reed went around right end on a triple reverse to score on the next ploy. The try for extra point wos blocked.

Randolph -Macon Academy to score its first victory. The finol score wos 25-0.
The first touchdown for the home team come ofter o long drive in the first quorter with Shrader carrying the ball over ond kicking the extro point. The holf score wos 7-0.
In the third quarter Prohosko possed to Croig in the end zone for the second score. In the lost quarter Wunder ron I0 yards for the third score. The last touchdown came in the last of the fourth quarter with Tifer running 20 yards to score.
The game was hard fought throughout. Ballou was the outstand- i n g p l a y e r f o r t h e Bi s h o p s , m a k i n g several long runs.
