Toby has been here five long years and is not too broken up to be leav- ing. His first years here he pluyed everything available. Then he started on the varsity sports: three years of the football team, two on the basket- ball team and three for Mr. Lee.
Besides being a great athlete, he is a leader. Being a counselor and member of the Honor Committee this year indicates this. Also, he is Presi- dent of the Senior class, where he has served adequately in the bull- catching department.
When Toby leaves here, he leaves a school full of friends but he has a school full of friends waiting for him at Carolina this fall.

Frank is unother two year boy that has done well at V. E. S. In the first winter and fall, he wrestled and was on the C. C. C. That spring he ran track but didn't letter.
This year "Mugsy'' has served as a counselor where he got plenty of practice for the role of Captain V ere in "Billy Budd." H e also in- dulged in the ludicrous mug trade, where his nickname was coined. Frank ran cross-country last fall and lettered in it. He also lettered in track this spring.
Frank has been constantly high in his class which has earned him a place at the University of Michigan. Our best wishes to him.

Favorite Place: The temple.
During his five years here "H" has lived the life associated with a minister's son, enjoyment with a free spirit. A member of the Vestry for two years, "H" was this year elec- ted the Senior Warden. He has found time to play soccer and run track when not bothered by a re- curring knee ailment.
Always strong in the literary field, Cary has been a contributor to the Meteor and was selected as the class Historian for the "Vestige." His great desire to search out historical trivia has been one of the greatest enjoyments and, no doubt, has helped him to snow "Wild."

Rip exhibited his talents on the tennis courts. Last year he played number four and five. This past summer he worked for a tennis pro where his skills were greatly increased. And th is spring Rip came into glory by play- ing in the difficult number one slot. Meanwhile, earlier in the year, he served as a fencing Captain.
Rip won the prize for excellence in writing last year. This year he served as a photographer and feature writer for the Meteor and is also an editor of the "Vestige." He played the role of "Squeak" in "Billy Budd" and drew much attention with his fine beard.
Rip is a friend of many and will most likely get along well at Carolina this fall.
