J. V.'s End Perfect Season Fleetwood
Fleetwood provided the little Bishop "Pros" with their third unscored upon victory. Fleetwood put up a game but useless fight as the Bishops scored at will. This is the most lopsided score by which any V. E. S. team has won a football game in some years: 46-0.
lovingston
The Baby Bishops continued to re-
main unbeaten in four games by topping Lovingston.
After Lovingston had fumbled on the opening kickoff the Bishops scored two plays later. Norfleet carried the pigskin eighteen yards for the touch- down. Johnstone scored the extra point. Until the fourth quarter, neither team provided any major threats except when Tilman carried for a nullified Bishop score. Early in the fourth quarter V. E. S. punted to the Lovingston eight where the Lov- ingston safety fumbled after he was hit by Deringer. Cunningham bulled over for the touchdown on the next play. Outstanding for the Bishops were Hassell, Smith, Tilman, Der-
inger, Cunningham, Johnstone, Pend- leton, Muir, and Norfleet.
Brookville, J. V.'s
A great unscored upon, undefeated and untied Baby Bishop eleven hit Brookville's junior varsity hard and kayoed the Bee's quickly and without any great strain at Johnson Field, November 24.
Once the Bishops got the ball after Muir recovered a fumble, they were off to the races. Norfleet, Cunning- ham and Johnstone carried the Bishops to the Bee's 35 yard line. Then Hassell threw to Deringer for a first down on the 2I. From there Dean Tilman carried the mail over for the T . D. C u n n i n g h a m r a n s h o r t i n h i s try for the extra point.
In the second quarter, "No" Smith blocked a Brookville punt in the end zone for a safety, to make it 8-0.
Then in the last quarter Dean Til- man broke away with "Rip" Deringer throwing a key block for 67 yds. and a T. D. Johnstone sliced over for the extra point.
Late in the game Brookville drove to the Bishop 15 yard line. But Jack Cunningham intercepted a pass and
ran back 85 yds. for the T. D. Has- sell's pass for the extra point was in- complete.

Three cheers for Mr. Schulte and Mr. Lee for a job well done in foot- ball.
Those playing their last game were Co-Captains Kemper, demon tackle, and Joe Barber, crashing fullback. Also playing their last were fleet- footed Bob Hughes, Bill Stephenson, who had no peer on defense; Jimmy Davidson a very good defensive back; Mole Emory, fierce tackling tackle; Jungle Jim Wiley, man mountain guard; Lea Powell, great pass receiv- ing end; Chauncey Hutter, a great broken-field runner; Lou Dirom, hard driving tackle and "Bull" Smith, nifty line backer and center.
V. E. S. scoring went this way for the year:
Farinholt .............................. 42 Hughes............................. .. 18 J. Barber ............... . ........ 14 Powell, Hutter, M. Barber .... 12 (Continued on poge 7, col. I)
