The sight of one of his many Cadillacs has been a welcome sight to many boys wearily trudging down the V. E. S. road.
"Butter" has been on the J. V. football team for three years now and has been the first string center for the last two years.
Bill, unlike the traditional hot- tempered redhead, has a great per- sonality and is very well-liked by all of the boys. His school spirit has been recognized by both the stu- dents and the faculty.
It's rumored around school that he wants to grow up to be like "Bunch_" and live it up all the time. Word IS also out that he loves Virginia Beach and all that goes with it.
Finally, next year he is journeying to V. P. 1., the land of his dreams, to spend four years in a strait jacket learning to walk straight. Goodbye and good luck.

Born: In a Cotton Patch
Pet Love: Goats
Pet Hate: To be called Beacon Usually Seen: Bugging up White
Ray has been with us for two years, this making his second. Ray's friendly personality and his "beaming" ex- pression have caused him to become one of the best liked and most popular boys around campus. He has
worked hard and has made a good name for himself in the short time he has been here. With the beginning of this session, Ray was appointed counselor and has been doing a fine job at that post. Ray has also made a nume for himself on the athletic field. He lettered in football last year and in J. V. basketball. This year he has already lettered in football and when track season rolls around, we expect to see him running the 880.
Next year Ray will leave us for the great University of North Carolina. He will be missed by all, but with him goes our wish for the best of luck.
