Name: Owen Howe Harper (Bonch).
Born: It's controversial.
Home: Lynchburg, Virginia. Always Seen: With P. B. and Goon. Pet Love: Giggle Juice.
Owen arrived here early in 1951
and since then he has compiled an outstanding record. He is a big wheel, especially among the day boys. He maintoins one of the best averages in the senior class. As an athlete, his occomplishments are many and vari- ed. He has been on the football teom for several yeors ond lettered this yeor, playing first string tackle. He hos ployed Joyvee bosketball also, ond, in the estimotion of Coach Lee, was on outstanding rebounder on this year's stellar teom. In baseball, he is a classy first boseman and a strong hitter and may see action on this yeor's varsity.
Do not take it tho+ Owen is a dedicated grind, however. He has a long list of picturesque escapades to his occount and is one of the most popular ond fun loving boys in the school.

Richard came here for the first
time this year and started off with a real bang. He established a great football record ond received his let- ter, thereby making himself a mem- ber of the V. Club. He's a friend to everybody and his unselfish person- ality is noticed by faculty and stu- dents alike.
This spring Punk has a starting po- sition in baseball and is making him- self a well-known figure in the out- field as well as on the mound.
After he graduates, his plans are largely undecided. He will probably follow in his father's footsteps and farm in Perquimans County in North Carolina.
We'll all hate to see a great guy leave the Ole 160.

Donny orrived here with the "men on September 9, 1953, for the early football proctice. A linemon, he was too light to letter, but he earned re- spect for his guts and hustle, and as
138 pounds of dynamite, mode an
impression of enemy Joyvee teams from Felletwood to Brookville for two yeors. He has also played center field for the Joyvee baseboll teom for two years and waved a mean stick at the plate.
In the survivol of the fittest of V. E. S. society, Donny has proved himself a rugged specimen. His dry wit and soge humor hove made him very populor. He has a lso been "Moose's" sober-sided companion for two spring vacations.
Best of luck to you, Donny, in your coming years at William and Mary.
