Elizabeth Lancaster Bagden 03 played on the NCAA Soccer National Championship Team members included: Greta Andersen 22, Zaira Arfeen 20, Sarah Brady 23,Team at the University of North Carolina at Caroline Doss 20, Celia Funderburk 21, Ada Kirkland 23, Merrit Korbus 21, EmmaChapel Hill. She was also a Division-I dual Loria 22, Avery Love 20, Lauren Lowe 20, Clara McCartney 23, Sara McCorkle 22,sport college athlete competing on both the Kendall Parr 23, Tenley Parr 21, Hetti Price-Bailey 23, Caroline Rainosek 21, Haneswomens soccer and womens lacrosse teams.Robinson 20, Grace Silides 21, Cameron Somerville 20, and Ellie Wilcox 22.Carolyn Warhaftig played professional soccer in Iceland. She also played at Colgate and has ties to the USA Womens National THE CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS MADE MAJORSoccer Team.IMPROVEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON:Significant time drops and personal bests by every member5 All-Conference Runners (2 girls, 3 boys)Boys 2nd at Conference (best finish since 2012)Girls 4th at ConferenceGirls 11th at State (310pts) Best finish based on score since 2015. We were seeded 12th going into the meetBoys 11th at state (291pts) Best finish based on score since 2010were 1 point out of 10th place and 9 points out of 9th.Going into the meet, we were seeded 13th.Girls dropped total of 1 minute, 13 seconds between Conference and State meets.Boys dropped 3 minutes and 35 seconds between Conference and State meets.Most importantly, the students showed up every day, were positive, encouraging, and did what we asked.20 | Winter 2019'
